After your on-site land meeting, we’ll prepare a personalized Allowance Management Process Worksheet. This detailed document outlines the estimated costs for all site development tasks required to prepare your lot for building. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve this worksheet before any work begins.

While we strive to provide precise site development estimates, unexpected conditions—such as hidden rock or groundwater—can sometimes lead to additional costs.
